Shipping & Deliveries
When will I receive my order?
Orders within Singapore
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding public holidays). If your order is placed after 11am SGT on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.
International Orders
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.
International shipping rates vary by country. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any additional taxes and duties upon delivery. Import duties and tax regulations vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office or authorities.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us via DM or email at contact@dirtymanners.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Shipping rates
Please find estimated shipping rates when adding your country and zip code at checkout.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your destination.
Exact rates and delivery times will be shown once you enter your shipping address and postal code at checkout.
Payment Methods
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
The full order amount will be charged once your order is placed. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible – we will be happy to issue you a refund to your original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.
To request a return or exchange, please email us at contact@dirtymanners.com with your order number.
Note: We do not accept return/exchange requests via DM to avoid miscommunication.
Returns Conditions
Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 5 days.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any free gifts.
Items must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or odours.
Refunds will exclude the original shipping fee and may be issued as either store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
If the return doesn't meet our standards, we’ll email you with options to ship it back or deduct a cleaning fee from your refund.
International Returns
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns. Customers must cover return shipping or provide their own label.
Duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable. Please contact your local postal service for claims.
Dirty Manners is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 4–5 business days after your return package is received.
What is your exchange policy?
Domestic (Singapore)
We want you to love your pieces, that’s why we offer free exchanges within Singapore for sizing or style changes.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, email us with your order number and preferred size or style. Once confirmed, we’ll email you a return shipping label.
Exchanges are processed only after we receive and inspect the original item in line with our return policy. Any price difference will be billed or refunded after inspection
International
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping or may provide their own return label.
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive and approve the original item, we’ll ship out the new piece to your country.
Please note: We allow only one exchange per item for international orders.
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during sales or promotional events are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Received a defective item?
Email contact@dirtymanners.com with your order number and photos of the defect — we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Restocking
If something is sold out, the best way to stay in the loop is to select your size on the product page and hit ‘Join the Waitlist’. You’ll automatically receive an email if and when that item comes back.
That said, we produce our collections in limited runs, and many styles are not restocked once they sell out. If you’ve been thinking about it, it’s probably worth making the move.
