Shipping & Deliveries
Orders within Singapore
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays). If your order is placed after 11 a.m SGT on Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.
International Orders
We ship internationally. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us via DM or email at contact@dirtymanners.com
We are currently transitioning to a new logistics partner to ensure faster deliveries for our international customers. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.
International shipping rates vary by country. Please note that the recipient is responsible for any additional taxes and duties upon delivery. Import duties and tax regulations vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local authorities.

Exchanges & Returns
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered to your doorstep. To request a return or exchange, please email us at contact@dirtymanners.com with your order number. We do not accept return/exchange requests via DM to avoid miscommunication. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to respond.
Once your return request is approved, the items must be shipped back to us within 5 days. If the return shipment is delayed, a $15 restocking feeill be applied
All returned items go through a multi-step check-in process, which requires an additional 4-5 business days after we receive your return package.
We do not provide shipping labels for International returns. For International returns or exchanges - customer must cover the return shipping costs or can provide one on their end. We do not refund on custom duties, tax and VAT - please contact your local postal service. We will not be responsible for lost and/or stolen return packages.
In order for us to process a refund, we must confirm the following:
- The package is returned in its original packaging, including any additional gifts. Missing items will be deducted from your refund.
- The item is in original condition, with no odors, stains, or marks.
Once we confirm the return meets our policy, we will refund the item price (excluding original shipping fees). Refunds can be issued as either store credit or returned to your original form of payment.
If the item does not meet our return standards, we will notify you via email with options to either ship the item back or deduct a cleaning fee from your refund. We will provide a return shipping label for domestic returns.
If you receive a defective item, please email us at contact@dirtymanners.com with your order number and photos of the defect for faster resolution. We will accommodate you with the next steps as quickly as possible.
Size/ Style Exchange
Domestic (Singapore)
To request a size or style exchange, please email or DM us with your order number and preferred sizing/style. Once confirmed, we will provide a return shipping label via email. Any outstanding balances or refunds will be processed upon receipt of the original item. Please note, exchanges are only processed once the returned item is received and confirmed in line with our return policy guidelines.
We want you to love your pieces, so we offer free exchanges within Singapore to help you find the perfect size.
International
For international size or style exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs or providing a shipping label. Once the original item is safely returned and approved, we will arrange the shipping for the new item to your country. Please note, only one exchange per item is allowed.
Final Sale Items Please note, all items purchased during promotions or sales are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gift Cards
Please note that all gift card purchases are final sale. Gift cards do not expire, so you have the flexibility to use the full value at your convenience.
