Eligibility

Eligibility: Most of our apparel items are eligible for returns or exchanges, except for thosepurchased from our Archive collection or bought during promotional sales

Shipping Information:

We offer pre-paid shipping labels for all domestic returns and exchanges to make the process hassle-free. International customers will need to manage and pay for their return shipping.

Fees

Exchanges and returns for store credit within the domestic U.S. are free of charge.

A $10 fee will be deducted from the refund amount for domestic returns that request

For international returns or exchanges, we do not provide shipping labels, but noadditional return fees will be charged.

Submit Your Request
Please initiate your return or exchange by submitting a request [here], including your order number and contact information. If you need help finding your order number,email us at contact@dirtymanners.com.
Opting for an Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item, select the "exchange" option and specify the items you'd like instead. Should there be a price difference, we'll send an email invoice for any additional amount, or refund the difference for a lower value.
Choosing Store Credit
To receive store credit instead of a direct exchange or refund, simply opt for a return and indicate your preference. We'll issue a custom code that you can use for future purchases, valid on any item and without expiration.
Expedited Exchange Process
For faster service, you may place a new order for your desired item(s) and submit a return for the original purchase. Please mark the return reason as "Already Purchased Exchange Item(s)." We'll process a refund for the original item(s) upon receiving your return.
Label and Drop-Off Instructions
Once your exchange is approved, you'll receive a pre-paid shipping label for your return. Check your inbox and spam folder for the label. Simply attach it to your package and drop it off at any post location.
Finalizing Your Return or Exchange
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s) at our warehouse, we'll automatically process exchanges or issue credits/refunds within 3 business days.
