SHIPPING & RETURNS

When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays). Orders placed after 11 a.m. SGT on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, Dirty Manners ships worldwide!

Domestic (Singapore):

  • SGD4.80 for orders below 100SGD.
  • Free shipping for orders above SGD 100.‍

Rest of the world:

  • SGD35 for orders below SGD250
  • Free shipping for orders above SGD250

Please note that due to global circumstances, some countries may experience delays or service interruptions.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Dirty Manners pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

How do I make a return or exchange?

To make a return please send an email to contact@dirtymanners.com with the following information.


1. Your name and address (or order number.)
2. Please specify the item that you want to return/exchange and reason why (wrong size, not as pictured, etc). The product(s) must be brand new with original tag(s), label(s) and packaging(s). If one item is defective please include the description and photos of the defect.
3. Please allow our Customer Service team 48 hours from the time you email us to get back to you with return label and/or refund for your purchase. If the product has been purchased from a retailer, please get in touch with the retailer directly for support.

Can I cancel my order?

We are unable to edit or cancel orders once they are placed. If your order has already shipped, you can initiate a return once you receive it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We take care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@dirtymanners.com

What if I need to change my shipping address?

Please reach out to us as soon as possible at contact@dirtymanners.com. We'll do our best to update your address if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Do you offer pre-orders?

Yes, we occasionally offer pre-orders for select items. Estimated shipping dates are provided, but please note that these are subject to change.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other region-specific payment methods.

Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?

Typically, only one promo code can be used per order.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards! They make the perfect gift for the adventurer in your life.

What is your shipping and return policy during the holidays?

Our warehouse observes major holidays. Orders placed during these times may experience slight processing delays. We encourage you to place your orders early, especially if you choose express shipping, to ensure timely delivery.

What is your return/exchange policy for sale promo codes?

Purchases made with sale promo codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

What is your policy for bundle promotions?

Bundle promotions discount the item of equal or lesser value. All items in a bundle promotion are returnable under our standard return policy.
