Returns & Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will accept the purchased item for refund or exchange 7 days from the day the order has been delivered. Returned items will be refunded after we receive the returned item at our warehouse. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any way cannot be returned or exchanged.
All discounted items are final sale.
In order to request returns and exchanges, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please allow 1-2 days for replies on our end.
For international returns or exchanges, we do not provide shipping labels and the customer must cover the return shipping costs. We will not be responsible for any lost and/or stolen return packages.
If you are unsatisfied with the product once received, please email or DM us with your order number. We will accommodate you immediately with next steps.
To request for a size/style exchange, please email us with your order number and desired sizing/style request. Once confirmed, we will provide a shipping label on our end via email. For any outstanding balance/refund, we will ensure to communicate and process the payment.
Please note, your item will only be exchanged once the original item is returned and accepted by our return policy guidelines.
For international size/style exchanges, the customer must cover the return of the shipping cost on the original item. Once the original item is safely returned and approved, we will organize the shipment of the new merchandise.
