How long do i have to return my clothes for a refund / Exchange?

Purchases are eligible for a refund within 14 working days from the date of shipping confirmation email
Goods must be received by Dirty Manners within the 14 days period.

What form of postage should I use for the return/exchange?

Registered / traceable postage (we will not be liable for any lost mails in transit) postage costs will be borne by the customer.

Does the shipping fee still apply for an exchange?

Standard shipping fee still applies.

I have removed the tag from my item. Can I still return/exchange it?

Items without tags / original clear packaging are not eligible for returns/exchange.

I have received a defective/incorrect item. How do I get a replacement?

We sincerely apologise for any manufacturing defects in the items sent, or any incorrect items sent. For defective/incorrect items, please email us at support@dirtymanners.com within 7 working days upon dispatch. The replacement piece in the same size/colour will be exchanged with you, and any postage costs incurred in the process will be borne by us.

I have washed my item. Can I still return/exchange it?

Returns must be in their original condition - packed in their original transparent packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags intact so as to be eligible for return.

How much is shipping in Singapore?

Shipping is SGD5 for orders SGD150 and below. For orders above SGD150 shipping is free in Singapore.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Cost will depend on where you are located as will time taken for your order to arrive. Typically orders are received within 1 week for Asia, 2 weeks for Europe and up to 3 for the US.
